Red Banner ISP forms agreement with SA backbone giants, Telkom SAIX for Internet Access products

         CAPE TOWN -- (BUSINESS WIRE)-- Aug. 22, 2003--

Red Banner ISP teams up with Telkom SAIX to deliver world-class internet access to its local South African customers. Analogue dialup, permanent ISDN (64 Kbps and 128 Kbps) and ADSL Broadband connections are offered by Red Banner ISP to its customers via the provision of access services on IS network and making full use of national backbone network and POPs of Telkom Saix.

This agreement includes access equipment, bandwidth and international Internet access and complete authentication of end users through Internet Solutions infrastructure. Red Banner ISP will be responsible for end user set-up, configuration and front-end administration.
