Network authentication of Red Banner ISP users dialling into the Points of Presence (POP’s) of Red Banner ISP, is done by Telkom SAIX. End user support Customer Care support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and included in all dial-up packages. |
The customer care team is supported by a team of trained and qualified engineers (3 teams) dedicated to servicing the business requirements of our clients. The Red Banner customer care team is one of the best support desks in the industry providing all technical support surrounding our Internet Access service.
This support service comprises the following: - Activation and registration - Technical Queries - Internet-related Problems - PC-related Problems - Modem Problems - Set-up of dial-up networking - Escalation - Support are provided on a 24*7*365 basis or 07H00-22H00, 7 days a week.
Within the context of support an end-user is defined as an individual end-user dialling into the Red Banner ISP / Internet Solutions’ network using ISDN/analogue modems connected directly to the end-user’s PC.
